Quarter 1998 CSE 199 Project Proposal (Completely Out of Date.)
Written in Fall Quarter at this stage this is
completely out of date but fun to read our optimistic time scheduling.
As anyone who's ever managed a software project knows, keeping to a schedule
is like trying to outrun a Formula One race car - you can never keep up.
