1) Add/Remove Programs
2) Add/Remove Windows Components
3) Select Simple Network Management Protocol. Click Next.
 (You may need to insert the xp sp2 cdrom - if you're in ESX use the console
 or mount it somewhere shareable)

 Configure via:
 1) Control Panel - Services - SNMP Services - Properties (right click)
