Fixed.  /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf was chown'd to root with mode
0640, so user 'named' couldn't read it.  chown named:named to the file,
bind is running again.

created blank zone file
/var/named/chroot/var/named/primary/general.massconfusion.com.dns

uncommented lines for that zone in /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf - zone
loaded and reponding to queries (right now, only have an A record pointing
'general.massconfusion.com' to 69.44.152.74 (sb's IP)

this should do it :)
